She has worked with global organizations to improve how knowledge is structured, accessed, and applied to support decision-making, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Her work centers on aligning people, content, and tools to ensure knowledge is usable, relevant, and consistently applied across teams. She focuses on driving adoption through onboarding, targeted learning, and community-based engagement, with an emphasis on practical execution and measurable outcomes.
Karen has partnered with cross-functional stakeholders across industries to improve collaboration and knowledge flow within complex, distributed environments. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in telecommunications startups, supporting teams in scaling operations and communication in fast-paced settings. She received an MBA from Swinburne University of Technology and a BA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
